In this formicarium, we have partitions revolving around the hydration chamber located at the centre of an octagonal shape, providing both narrow areas and wide-open spaces. The texturized substrate provides a humidity gradient and a better grip for ants. The water is refilled through a small hole on the side.
The formicarium includes two plugs and light protection options; either red film, a black lid or both or none.

This nest should rest flat horizontally. Avoid intense vibrations or impacts, as this can crack the minerl suntrate and glass.
