The Furnished Apartment Kit - Founding Edition includes our popular “Apartment” formicarium, fully equipped for a smooth start. It comes with red and black covers, two feeding dishes, four nano dishes, tweezers, a pipette, 1 ft of vinyl tubing, a step-up connector, a liquid feeder, and a spacious mini glass outworld with substrate, ideal for ants with an eye for interior design.
Designed for founding queens and early-stage colonies, this bundle simplifies feeding, hydration, and observation. The Apartment nest features two chambers that can be used progressively. Start with one and open the second when needed, using the included vinyl tubing and fiber plug to allow airflow while keeping humidity controlled.
The outworld measures 8×5×5 cm and includes a dual-lid system for ventilation and easy access. The tubing system uses 9.5 mm (3/8") vinyl for compatibility with standard setups.
