Easy to Use:
Pack the provided cotton ball dry into the base tightly.
(Recommended for ant keepers) Insert a short 2cm piece of 9.5mm vinyl tubing and connect to a tubing port for direct access to water.
Fill the jar, screw on the base, and attach to your enclosure.
 
Ant Keepers: Using the tubing port is highly recommended, as it simplifies removal and reduces the risk of ants creating a mess. Direct hydration sources often lead to ants placing debris on the moisture source, which can cause large areas to become overly damp or even drain the liquid feeder prematurely. By narrowing access to the wet area, the tubing helps prevent this issue. Even if debris is placed inside the tube, it is easier to remove and clean.
