Discover the elegant and adaptable Tri-Glass Spider Enclosure, designed for a wide range of spider species, including terrestrial, fossorial, and arboreal tarantulas and other creatures like isopods, mantises, and roaches.

The Tri style boasts three adjacent glass panels for superior viewing, a rear or side plastic wall for ventilation, tubing access ports, and an optional magnetic wall door for effortless maintenance. In addition, the dual lid system incorporates a removable glass portion and a ventilated rim securely fixed with magnets, providing extra security for your pet.

It is essential to note the differences between the Duo and Tri enclosures. "The Duo-Glass enclosure style" focuses on excellent cross-ventilation with two opposite glass panels and two opposite plastic walls. The Tri style emphasizes optimal viewing with three adjacent glass panels. We encourage customers to visit our "shopping notes & options" page for a comprehensive comparison.

Customization options explained:

Size (L x W x H) in cm: Select from 24 size options within three primary shape factors - cube, long rectangle (wide space), and tall rectangle (tall space) - to discover the ideal enclosure for your spider's unique needs, whether terrestrial, fossorial, or arboreal. Our guide, "How to choose spider enclosure size & type," can assist you in confirming your species' dimensions, substrate level, and ventilation requirements.

Wall Ventilation Options: Personalize the side plastic wall ventilation coverage, ranging from 25% to 100% of the wall area (from top to bottom). Vent lines measure 0.4mm wide and run from side to side. Images are supplied to show examples of different coverage options. Keep in mind the amount of substrate required to maintain the substrate line below the ventilation line. If a magnetic side door is incorporated, it will adhere to the ventilation percentage and pattern.

Top Lid Ventilation Options: Opt for "All Sides" or "Front Only" ventilation for the top lid, based on your spider's necessities. The "Front Only" option reduces the amount of air and humidity escaping from the top while maintaining cross-flow with the back wall, which is suitable for species that need more humidity. This allows you to tailor the airflow and humidity levels within the enclosure to meet your pet's needs.

We suggest referring to our "Spider Enclosure Ventilation, Humidity & Temperature guide" to understand your pet's requirements better and make well-informed choices when personalizing your Tri-Glass Spider Enclosure.

Magnetic Door Options: A convenient magnetic side door is available for species that may construct hammocks or webs on the top section of the enclosure, preventing opening the top lid. This feature enables easy access without disturbing the spider's environment. The door is in the middle of one wall, fastened by magnets, and does not exceed 10x10cm in the largest size. Note that the magnetic door is best suited for species requiring a low substrate level, as it is not intended to have substrate against the door.

Tubing Access Port Options: Decide between included or not included tubing access ports on the enclosure's side plastic walls. Each wall has two ports, one near the top and one near the bottom, providing convenient access for watering, misting, or introducing feeder insects. Silicone plugs are included for the included ports. Position a water dish beneath one of the ports for rapid and effortless refilling. The bottom access tubing port enables direct substrate access, allowing for bottom-up water addition depending on the substrate level.

Constructed with PLA Pro plastic, neodymium magnets, and high-clarity glass (2.25 mm thick), using plant and animal-safe adhesives, these enclosures are perfect for accommodating spiderlings, juveniles, dwarf tarantulas and adult tarantulas with a size of no more than 8cm (3 inches) in DLS (diagonal leg span).

With an extensive range of customization options, the Tri-Glass Spider Enclosure offers a secure and comfortable habitat for your spider, making it a top choice for both beginner and experienced keepers.

Please note that the enclosure is designed to hold moist or humid substrate but is not meant to be watertight. Overfilling or heavily saturating the substrate may result in water leakage. This design feature helps prevent drowning or excessively damp substrate, which can harm the inhabitants of the enclosure. The bottom tray aids in containing water, especially when combined with a drainage layer or material, but it is essential to remember that this is not an aquarium. Using the enclosure as intended allows you to provide your pet with a safe and comfortable habitat confidently.
