LiveTrack Shipping (mandatory for live specimens and required for warranty coverage) must be selected at checkout. It provides fast, safe, reliable delivery with real-time tracking. We typically ship via Canada Post Xpresspost and you’ll receive a Delivery Notice Card for pickup at your nearest Canada Post location—so packages don’t sit outside exposed to the elements. If conditions warrant, we may use an equivalent or faster express courier (e.g., Purolator, UPS).

If another method is chosen at checkout, we’ll contact you to switch to LiveTrack or apply the price difference. If you prefer to cancel, our refund/cancellation policy applies. Live spiders ship on Mondays, once your full order is complete, to avoid weekend delays.

Temperature thresholds vary by species. For example, Phidippus audax has a minimum temperature threshold of +6 °C, while warm-origin P. regius often requires higher temperatures. We monitor weather and species needs and may delay shipment until conditions are optimal.
